You can no longer adjust a placed sales order. If you want to adjust a sales order, you must cancel the order and place it again. You cancel the order by clicking on the 'trash can' icon next to the order you want to cancel in the order overview. Then confirm the cancellation of the order again by clicking 'Confirm'.
