1. Verification - When you make your first deposit or withdrawal you will be asked to verify your identity and bank account number. You will be redirected to OPP's platform. You can then choose between verification via iDIN or uploading a valid proof of identity (driving license, passport or identity card).


2. IDIN (For Dutch Nationals) - The iDIN check is the easiest and fastest way, especially if you use internet banking. 


3. ID (For non-Dutch) - If you cannot or do not want to use iDIN, you can upload a valid proof of identity (driving licence, passport or identity card).


4. Bank Account Verification - After verifying your identity, OPP will perform another check on the specified account number. The verification of your bank account is done via iDEAL by transferring € 0.01.


For payment transactions we work together with Online Payment Platform of Media Medics B.V., abbreviated to OPP.

The so-called PSD2 legislation has come into effect since September 2019. This is a European directive for the payment transactions of consumers and companies.

If there are any problems with the verification of the bank account, OPP will inform you by email. Possible problems include:


- The name of the bank account does not match the identity document.


- The ID data cannot be processed or is incorrect.


- The ID has expired.


Business customers

Business customers will soon also be able to use this service. Until then, we kindly ask our business customers to make a bank transfer to the following account.
