To verify your account you must complete all steps of the Know Your Customer process. You will be redirected to an external platform (OPP) where your payment details will be checked.


You can check your OPP status overview in the following way:


1. Select 'My SWEX' from the taskbar at the top right of your screen.


2. Then click on 'Profile'.


3. Scroll down until you see 'KYC verification'.


4. If you click on 'KYC verification' you will be redirected to the OPP page.
