To verify your account you have to go through all steps of the know your customer process. You will be send to an external platform (OPP) where your bank details go through verification. You can check the status of this verification on your account page on The SWEX. This is under the header of "know your customer". If you click on this section you will be send to the external website of the Online Payment Platform.
